Handstand progress - first hold against wall
Start from downward dog
move spring leg forward
move forward to bring shoulders over hands
draw in chest/curve upper back to help downward push simultaneous with spring
use spring leg to launch upward then follow with other leg straight
This first time I did not push up once in position so the body is not straight but is curved - this to correct next time. Also can place hands a little closer to the wall.
